Dallas Flatbed Semi Trucking
Flatbed semi trucking for machinery, steel, lumber and building materials, loaded from the side or top and shipped from Dallas, TX nationwide.
SERVICE OVERVIEW
Flat Bed

OPEN DECK
Flatbed semi trucking is built for freight that is too big, too heavy or the wrong shape for an enclosed trailer. With an open deck that loads from the sides, rear or top, it is the standard choice for machinery, steel, lumber and building materials. We run full truckload flatbed freight from Dallas, TX to all 50 states, with 24/7 dispatch and live tracking.
What we haul on flatbed semis
Construction and earthmoving equipment
Steel beams, plate, pipe and rebar
Lumber, trusses, roofing and building supplies
Industrial machinery, tanks and HVAC units
Precast concrete, pipe and utility materials
Agricultural equipment and large crated freight
Securement you can trust
Open-deck freight is only as safe as its tie-downs. Our drivers secure every load with chains, straps and edge protection suited to the cargo, following federal cargo securement rules, and check the load again during the trip. If your freight needs to be tarped, tell us when you book.
Legal limits and oversize loads
A standard flatbed load in Texas can be up to 8.5 ft wide and 14 ft tall overall, with a gross vehicle weight of up to 80,000 lbs. Anything bigger or heavier is an oversize or overweight load that needs a TxDMV permit and, in some cases, escort vehicles. Send us your dimensions and weight and we will tell you upfront what your load requires.
Semi flatbed or hot shot flatbed?
For a single machine, a partial load or an urgent delivery, our 40 ft flatbed hot shot is often faster and more economical. For a full truckload or very heavy freight, a flatbed semi gives you more capacity and a lower cost per pound. Need enclosed protection instead? See our dry van service.
